Все действия вашего персонажа будут иметь внутриигровые последствия. Неигровые персонажи будут менять свое отношение к вам в зависимости от того, как вы к ним относитесь, как ведете себя в бою, и вне его. Это, в свою очередь, открывает или закрывает возможности взаимодействия с ними, а иногда и запускает специальные события.


С умом используйте любую добычу или припасы, которые вы получили в свои руки. Большую часть из них можно комбинировать для изготовления медицинских и вспомогательных предметов, а также различных типов боеприпасов для арбалетов.


Heads Will Roll использует множество элементов случайной генерации, которые превратят каждое отдельное прохождение в абсолютно уникальный опыт. В игре есть полноценный режим Роуглайк, с каждой смертью в котором игрок может повышать уровень своего профиля, открывая новые стартовые предметы и улучшая базовые характеристики персонажа, что позволяет продвигаться еще дальше и решать все более сложные задачи.


Для тех, кто предпочитает увлекательные истории, с захватывающими событиями и неожиданными поворотами вместо хардкорного выживания существует специальный сюжетный режим. Он достаточно сложен, для того чтобы увлечь игрока, а также предлагает различные варианты для удобства игры, например быстрое сохранение и быструю загрузку, к которым можно получить доступ в любое время.

Role playing

This is the most important part of the game – you can play whatever character you wish, play however you want to. You can be smooth talker, sneaky hacker or brawling bully; or something else – it’s your choice: distribute the points in character creation and make decisions when playing.



But once the character has been created, be ready for not only abilities but also limitations.

For example, characters with low CHARM value will find that often NPCs won’t even talk to them because of how repulsive they are; or speech – if low, that means you are a shy introvert, unable to initiate the dialogue yourself. Lacking computer skills (scitec)? You accidentally crash terminals when trying to use them. Low tinker? Tools might break in your inept hands. Sometimes even too much is not good – too strong (PHYSICAL) and you cannot squeeze into vents thus unable to make use of some shortcuts. And so on – your character stats will significantly affect your gameplay style.

Multiple solutions

There are always multiple ways to solve problems (quests), usually tied to your character’s skills and abilities – play to your character’s strengths, and work around its weaknesses. For example, if you cannot convince someone to help you, hack his computer and blackmail him. Or just straight-up pickpocket the guy – all items are always realistically placed in NPC inventories.

Note: there are usually 3-8 ways to complete a quest in the game. They can trigger related events in the near future or lead to a different ending in the end slides.

Choice & Consequence

Your actions, and your decisions matter to the game world. Make an enemy, you may need him/her later on. Opt for an easier solution to the current problem and you might have to deal with a bigger problem later. In the end, you will get a unique game ending showing you the future fate of your character and those who he/she impacted through gameplay.

Non-linear world

You have an objective but how you approach it – it’s up to you; the game map is as open to you as reasonably possible (it’s a stranded spaceship after all) and there is no single true path to the end. If you know where to go, and what to do – you can try to sequence break the game. Combine that with multiple solutions to every quest and you’ve got freedom to spare.

Optional but unlimited violence

You can complete the game without killing anyone. In fact, combat is completely optional. But if you want to fight – there are no immortal or “essential” NPCs – everyone everywhere has a finite amount of HP and is fair game.

Turn-based combat

The game features old-school tactical turn-based combat with grid-based movement, action points and dice rolls.

“Mercenaries Wings” is a tactical simulation RPG where you level up, equip and command a group of mercenaries to fight through the stages.

Character design is by the illustrator Raita Kazama, who has spared no effort in detail to make each character expressive and alive.

For example, you could choose a leader that increases movement range for wide maps, or a leader that increases the HP of ally units for melee intensive fights. Choosing the appropriate leader for each fight could make or break the battle.

【The Story】
Situated on the northern continent lies the Kingdom of Dryden, a constitutional monarchy and sovereign nation.
It is said that a hero, blessed by the Phoenix, cut through over 1000 foes to establish the kingdom.

As if personifying that violent legend, the current king, Harold, has been warring with neighboring countries ever since he ascended to the throne ten years prior.
The desolation caused by continuous conflict has caused dissatisfaction to peak among the populace.

They now rise up, led by one Earl Iscariot.
One day, when the Royal Army was invading another state, his Rebel Army attacked the under-manned Royal Castle and captured it.
And so the Kingdom of Dryden now finds itself caught between a civil war from within, and war with the neighboring Collingwood.

King Harold, unable to move his army away from the Collingwood frontlines, decided to hire mercenaries to be his army in fighting against the rebels.

One of the first mercenary bands to respond to the call was the Crimson Birds.

This up-and-coming band is led by their commander, Kane the Crimson Flash, and vice-commander, Jeremy the Phoenix.

【The Story】
Long ago there were two continents,split into north and south by a large ocean.
These two continents under went vastly different development.

In the north continent, the Flare Kingdom, with their advanced industry and powerful military background, expanded their sphere of influence.
They annexed neighbouring states until the entire north continent was under their control.

On the other hand, the tribes of the Kirialos country in the southern continent were at constant war over their plentiful resources.
Having achieved domination of their own continent, the Flare Kingdom set their sights on Kirialos’s resources.

The Flare Kingdom intervened in the wars on the south continent in the name of peacekeeping, but took complete control in the blink of an eye.

The Flare Kingdom set up a puppet government in Kirialos, whilst syphoning the wealth obtained from its resources back to their own continent.

That’s when the “Liberation Army” appeared – it’s sights set on overthrowing the Kingdom and its puppet government.

To deal with this uprising, the Kingdom set up a local ministry of war.
The name of the Kingdom’s foreign campaign regiment was “Coronea”―

The mercenaries who joined this unit, be it for money, fame or honor, became known as the “Kingdom’s Dogs”.

This is the story of the smallest, most insignificant mercenary company among them, dubbed the “Kingdom’s dogs”: The Gray Wolves mercenaries.

“Mercenaries Saga 2: Order of the Silver Eagle” is a tactical simulation RPG where you fight through 32 stages with Claude, Captain of the Silver Eagles and his team.

【The Story】
The stable rule of the large country on the western continent came to an end, leaving many small countries fighting for territory.

In the eastern part of this continent is a certain kingdom, protected by the snowy valleys to its north and the wide mountain range to its west. Though it is but a small kingdom, it has a long, proud history of being an independent nation.

Legend has it that the ancestors of the royal family were mere soldiers back in the Era of Gods, but became chosen heroes after defeating the Fiends of Darkness.

But as their long peace stretched on, and though the heroes blood passed through their veins, the kings grew complacent. Soon enough they were respected in name only as mediocre kings came and went in succession.
The current ruler, King Salud, is another simple man. Though he is beloved by his people, he has yet to make any great achievements in politics.

And thus the kingdom continues its slow decline, while places away from the royal capital were beset by new evils and monsters…

Mercenaries Saga 1 is a turn based tactical simulation RPG.
It is the first of the series followed by many other solid simulation games: Mercenaries Blaze and Mercenaries Rebirth being the most recent addition to the series.

[Story]
Fornea, the Green Continent is known for its vast expanses and warm climate.
Stretching from the south to west is the Flare Kingdom, who has been conquering its neighboring countries in the recent years.
