An intriguing and challenging game comes to life under the title “Frog Box.” This captivating puzzle game invites players to dive into a charming world where a friendly frog is the protagonist. The mission? Push boxes to form lines of three or more matching boxes and clear the board.



Game Mechanics
In “Frog Box,” you take on the role of a clever frog, equipped with the ability to push boxes on a board filled with natural elements. The main goal is to align three or more boxes of the same color to remove them and clear the board. As the boxes disappear, the frog progresses to new levels where the challenges become more complex.



The levels are designed with a variety of natural elements such as fallen logs, rocks, and streams that affect the movement of the boxes and the frog’s path. These elements are not just obstacles but also tools you can use to solve puzzles creatively. For example, a log might serve as a temporary support to push a box to the desired location.



Challenges and Strategies
As the game advances, the challenges become more intricate. Different colored boxes may appear, and the arrangement of natural obstacles requires you to think strategically about each move.

Each level is a new opportunity to test your reasoning and planning skills. The game offers an accessible learning curve but also challenges experienced players to develop complex strategies to overcome obstacles and complete the puzzles.

A Game in Development – Road to V2.0

This game had a bit of a rough launch and has been in a sort of early access stage. However, the game is close to reaching V2.0 which will be it’s full launch.

The number of airports will double from 5 to 10 however the price increase will be slightly less at around 1.8 x V1.0 Price. There will also be a 20% sale at the release of V2.0! And the game will go on sale more times after that.

Update 2025/03/25: The V2.0 release has been delayed two weeks (new date 17th of April) to ensure there is time for testing and fine-tuning of the game.

Airports Around the World

Try controlling the ground movement of 5 different airports (London City, Melbourne, Helsinki, Vancouver and Seoul). The layout of each airport challenging in it’s own way.

Point and Click

The game has a simple point and click system to make it easy to get started. If things feel a bit too easy or too hard the arrival rate can be change both before and while controlling. In addition to the endless mode, there are aircraft movement and time-based game modes as well.

Give and take from the tower controller

Remember to handoff airplanes to tower when they get close to their assigned departure runway or are about to cross an active runway.

Changing situation

Turn on the automatic change of arrival rate to have a variation of hectic and calm times during the session.

Handle Delays

Sometimes things do not go according to plan. Make sure to handle airplanes that need extra time or has to return to the gate.

Set Highscores

The scoring system is based on the difference between the actual time of arrival to a stand or runway and the slot time of the aircraft. Try to be as close to the slot time as possible but do not be late. And if a collision occurs your session is ended.

You are not someone who plays sports, but you are someone who is patient. Patient enough to start playing a sport where you hit a tiny ball toward a hole many hundreds of yards away, a hole roughly the same size as the ball, and eventually get it in. Someone patient enough to clear a course by completing this task 18 times consecutively. Someone able to get access to a clubhouse that lets you visit any of eight different courses.

You know that things like “spin” and “wind” exist. You also know nothing about reading or applying them. You have a half set of clubs and the basics of how to swing a club. You know a Par 3 is shorter than a Par 4, which is shorter than a Par 5. You know Woods are good for distance, Irons and Wedges are for getting out of bad spots, and the Putter is meant for the green and is a cruel mistress.

You know to stand directly on top of the ball before trying to use space/enter to interact with it. You know you can back out before finalizing your club selection, but once you reach the point of setting your swing’s power you are as the kids say “locked the fuck in” and can’t back down. You know that with each stroke, you’re going to have to hunt the ball down.

In this game, you have virtually no hud or information. You also have no time limit and the only fail state is when you decide to quit. In the clubhouse, you can talk to the worker to pick what course to play, or go to the door to save, quit, or check your course records.

You can save or return to the clubhouse before finishing a course by hitting space/enter when facing the flag/hole. The goal is to get the ball to the same exact place the flag is. The tee always faces the fairway, and the fairway always leads to the green where the flag is.

The lesson is that even if you have patience, sometimes you need to learn what that word truly means. Also, if you want to change the controls your only chance to is at the title screen.
