The thirty years’ war between the dwarves and elves has come to an end – a shaky pact of peace has been concluded. The lords of the mountains and mines showed endurance in the war of attrition and formally emerged victorious, imposing their terms on the Dark Kingdom. The main character is a simple infantryman who, at the end of the war, was able to return to his hometown.
